hello every one
i bought Seagate backup hub 10tb from a month ago
I had two issues temperature and making unknown sound and i don't know is that normal or what

it makes sound on read most of time than write
i attached the sound
the temp reaches 48 c with normal use (no copy or past) and it reaches 61c on full load (my room temp 27 c)
I asked help from Seagate support 3 times but no one answer me
anyone can help plz

It's a hard drive in a box with zero airflow, they get hot. The sound is concerning, but you can't really do anything on your own to fix it. Make sure the drive isn't your only copy of anything essential and keep trying with support is the only advice I've got.

i found someone had the same issue
i don't know is this common issue
