Hey!

I recently built a new system and my pump is not cooling the CPU (I went into BIOS after doing some file transfers and it was at 81C) I plugged the pump into the AIO_PUMP slot and the fans on the radiator to CPU_FAN. Is the pump suppose to be in a different slot?

On the side note the pump is not lighting up which leads me to believe it's not receiving power. Yet I heard water running when I first turned the system on.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

which AIO are you using?
the RGB could have a seperate connector.

vibrations can come from alot of stuff and good pumps dont really vibrate.
but you should be able to monitor the pump speed with hwmonitor or even in bios, depending on motherboard.

Please provide system details then it can be a bit more detailed advice.

Alright it's a Cooler Master ML240L forgot to put that in cause I was pissed about it not working and I guess I forgot. Anyways I was in a long call with my friends trying to figure out why it didn't work we got the RGB working (forgot to plug in molex connectors) but we couldn't get the pump working. We think it might be a dead pump. In the mean time installed the stock cooler so I can use the PC until I decide to buy a new water cooler

well you got the system running at least :)

if you want you can plug the pump in another header and stick the cooler in cold or hot water and feel if the radiator changes temp, just disconnect the fans from the the AIO,

then you will know if the pump is running. and again the bios, hwmonitor should show pump speed.
