Game performance decreased

Hello, I recently changed my pc to a new case and the games run pretty bad now. On a game that I would get 80fps, I get about 30 now. I tried reseating ram, update drivers, and reseated the gpu. My specs are 

rx 570

i7 2600

8gb ram

Why did you change your case? Also what are your temps?

i suggest a thermal compound replacement and a CMOS reset maybe you should also tune the fan curve and be shure you have at least an exaust fan

I changed cases because I wanted a new one. Temps for a game are about 80 celsius i think

I reset cmos. Haven't replaced thermal paste but I might do that though last time I changed it was about 6 months ago. I do have an exhaust fan.  So far, I still have the issue
