Temperature bouncing when stress testing

Hi there,

 

I was hoping you guys tell me if this is normal. I have a 9700k with only intel boost enabled and i noticed that my temps are always fluctuating, sometimes 10º C from one second to the other, so i decided to do a stress test so that i could see if it would stabilize. The temps keep rising and faling and i dont know if it was a bad installation due to bad contact from the paste, if the cpu is defective or even if this is normal ocurrence. I leave a Print so you guys can see and Hope you could help me. By the way my cooler is a NZXT X52 an the Mobo is a MEG Z390 ACE.
