Building a new pc altogether, have an old one with all my information and downlaoded games etc, my new ssd has arrived and want to transfer data to save time. Is it possible to transfer data from my old SSD (windows and few games) to my new SSD and how would one do it. Thank you.

A fresh install is best, but you can clone a drive to the new drive, as long as the new drive is bigger than the old.

Samsung has good software for this, as long as your new drive is a Samsung drive.

Samsung magician.  I have cloned quite a few rives using it, but again a fresh install is still best.

EDIT - Sorry it's Samsung data migration, not magician.
