Overclocking advice needed

Hey guys

So I am planning on a custom watercooled build with Ryzen 7 3800X and RTX 2080 Ti.
I saw Linus's watercooling speed build with the Corsair Hydro X and would like to build in the exact way he did

I wanna overclock my CPU to 4.5GHz and my GPU to 2000Mhz

Is it recommended to do it on a single 30mm radiator or should I add another one?
