I need desperate help im panucking like shit. So im new to pc i just got my first pc and it has bad frames on games even with worse settings. It seems like my xbox is better which shouldnt be tge case as if i use 1080p settings in my games it will get like 20 frames and lag whereas on xbox it is fine. Please help.

You need to list your computer specs and what you're playing

 

If possible, download HWiNFO and check the sensor data for temperatures while in game

You don't exactly have a gaming system... Try lowering the resolution and turning settings down.

3000G isn't a cpu great for any intensive tasks at all really. You kind of wasted your money on this pre built system.
