FPS drops on rig

I have built a new pc but it appears to not be able to handle 1% lows very well, I have stuttering every few seconds. Any ideas I should try?

Specs:

MB: MSI B450 gaming plus AC

Processor: Ryzen 3 2200g @ stock

GPU: Asus Dual RX580 8gb @ stock

Ram 2x4gb DDr4 Corsair Vengeance @ 3000MHz

Kinston A400 256gb M.2 Sata SSD and a Seagate 1.5 Tb hard drive

PsU: XPG Core reactor 650 W

A video of the gameplay

Edit: I solved it! It appears that the chipset driver from msi does not work. I downloaded the official driver from AMD website and I no longer experience the drops.

Two things, the 2200G is pretty meh especially if you have a dedicated GPU such as the 580, it would be best if you were to upgrade to like a Ryzen 5 1600af or maybe the 3600.

The 8GB of memory is another, 16GB is the minimum I would have in a gaming computer, especially if you are trying to stream or record at the same time.

Main Desktop: CPU - i9-14900k | Mobo - Gigabyte Z690 Aorus Elite AX DDR4 | GPU - ASUS TUF Gaming OC RTX 4090 RAM - Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 64GB 3600mhz | AIO - H150i Pro XT | PSU - Corsair RM1000X | Case - Phanteks P500A Digital - White | Storage - Samsung 970 Pro M.2 NVME SSD 512GB / Sabrent Rocket 1TB Nvme / Samsung 860 Evo Pro 500GB / Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2tb Nvme / Samsung 870 QVO 4TB  |

TV Streaming PC: Intel Nuc CPU - i7 8th Gen | RAM - 16GB DDR4 2666mhz | Storage - 256GB WD Black M.2 NVME SSD |

Phone: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 - Phantom Black 512GB |

Thank you, I have narrowed ir down to either one of those, I will not be streaming but I will try with another ram first. Thanks!
