Vision Tek Rx480 OC

My Pc Specs are 

Psu-750w

MB-Intel DZ68BC

Ram-12GB

CPU-Intel 2600

I’m having a problem where the VisonTek RX480 gets high temps when I start games so it’s always like stuttering in games like lag or something I don’t know how to fix only fix I know is to set fan speed to 66 on MSI any tips on how to fix the issue without having to mess with fan speeds?

Can you show us a picture of your computer inside? how you have it all internally.
