Need help with fitting a radiator in an AeroCool LS-5200

My CPU Temps have been climbing up recently so I'm replacing my old cooler. I wanted to get a bigger radiator but I will have to put the radiator between the case and the filter. But then I don't see How I am going to route the tubing through. Also It's a sealed cooler so I can't just drill away.
