CoD MW glitch or a Mouse problem?

I was really not sure where i should put this post.

 

So i have this mouse that is not very old, it is a ROG Gladius II mouse.
Overall i am very satisfied with the mouse and dont experience much problem.

However in Call of duty MW i notice that sometimes my mouse trigger freezes up so that it keeps shooting and wont stop untill i click the respective button.

I have noticed this in maybe one other game (do not remember which) but other than this, i do not experience this issue anywhere else. And there is no issues when browsing or doing desktop related stuff. So i am wondering, is this a gladius glitch related to hardware? Is this the game that is causing it? or could it be a software issue related to the mouse?

To be honest it feels like this is a COD MW issue but i figured i wanted to post here to see if anyone experienced same issue.
