planning on upgrading my gpu

as the title said, sometime in the near future, i plan to upgrade my gpu, i currently have a 1660 super from asus in it, anyone, have a solid recomendation? id like to get some of my more demanding games to higher framerates, such as odyssey,origins and bl3, as it stands i get roughly 60-80 fps across all of those games.

What is the resolution and refresh rate of your monitor?
