acer helios 300 issues

got an acer helios 300, with 1660ti and i believe an intel 9850 maybe 9750, seems to have gone down hill alot since new and performance is in and out, cod modern warfare used to run great now it jumps from running good to slightly light fps to sometimes 30-40fps even with settings lowered and alot of skipping and jittering, internet connection checks out with minimal ping and over 200mbps download 80-90mbps upload.. computers showing 91C on cpu and 86C on gpu typically when issues arise, computers stock no tuning or upgrades/ overclockes beside the factory ones and always use " turbo mode " while playing anything to max out fan speed and give slick OC, cant even play ARK now even on the lowest graphics settings i get boxxed in by invisible walls and stuttering

 

SSD has 30gb free HD has 500gb of 1.8tb free

 

is the issue just overheating? what options do i have for helping with this?
