Suddenly fps drops?

i've got a big problem guys since the morning my games dropped to 60 fps and i have 16gb ram,gtx 1660 super,r5 3600 i updated the gpu driver and i got -100 fps on every game from the normal i had anyone knows how to fix it? should i try motherboard update? I have b450 gaming plus max mootherboard

i had like 300 in valorant medium,now i have 200 can i somehow get back to my previous fps in the games??

HDD stands for Hard Drive "Disk" and he's saying that it's malfunctioning.

after the newest driver went up in fps but i have -100 from what i had before

The newest was a fix to the old driver that crashed everybody but people are still getting drops from the fix.
