BIOS Update

Hello, I currently have an asus prime a320m-k with amd ryzen 3 1300x, I recently purchased and ryzen 7 2700. I have to undergo a bios update on my motherboard if I want to use this cpu. But I am not sure which update I should do. There are several different versions for the bios update and there are a bunch of other updates such as chipset, that I am not sure if I need at all. Can I get some help to know which bios update I need? Please and Thank you!
