McAfee removal

Anybody know how to remove this crap I must of missed it during a download of other software now I cannot remove it the uninstall does not work I've tried task manager and their own uninstall tool but of course that does not work I keep getting windows spamming me with a script warning and can't figure out how to solve that McAfee seems a first step, any takers?

Settings>apps, then search for McAfee and uninstall it.

Did you download Adobe Acrobat Reader? That's one app that I know, for sure, has McAfee download selected by default (you have to uncheck the boxes before downloading)

Once you have uninstalled it in the usual way google "MaAfee removal tool" and use that to finish the task.

Thanks figured it out I had to literally click the ok button for that script warning 2 dozen times and finally their uninstall window popped up not very nice of them to just not just allow removal in the normal way I gotta keep a better eye out for those click boxes that are pre-applied while conducting a download
