Which CPU should I get? i5 9400f or R5 2600

LOL $240 for a Ryzen 2600?! Dude I live next to u in Aus and this is a very bad time to buy a gaming PC. I got my 2600 a few months back (pre-COVID time) for $190 AUD! 

 

I checked the recent prices for someone to build a PC similar to mine and i found out that it is $500 more expensive now! 

 

But, if you really need to get a PC now, go with Ryzen 5 1600 AF, it is only $150 AUD/NZD and offers very similar performance!
