2k AMD build vs Resolve

Ridiculous play back inconsistencies  I'm at my wits end
I've ran a memtest on both sticks ,benchmarked the SSD's ,updated davinci to the latest version, clean installed the gpu , clean installed davinci ,

GPU:AMD 5700xt

CPU:AMD 3700
Ram: 32GB  3200mhz DDR4

 

Cache Drive: Samsung 970 500gb

OS: Windows 10

OS Drive : WD Black Performance SSD M.2 2280

Davinci Resolve 16.2.1.017

Both Cameras were recording in Slog-2 S gamut output to h.264 Frame rate 23.98
Timeline & playback frame rate: 23.976
