Packet loss problem HELP

hi guys recently i am having some crazy packet loss like on the screenshot here (https://prnt.sc/s5bv7u) sometimes the last packet loss spikes up to 50%, the modem is totally new since i changed my lane to a 1GB lane and it was working fine untill a couple of weeks ago when everyday i have packet loss, i called the internet provider and they said they have some problems but not big problems like my packet loss, please help me if there is something i can do to at least lower a little bit the packet loss and make my life easier with gaming xD.
PS we are on quarantine cause of Corona and cant change provider

Assuming you've already sent that screenshot to your provider unfortunately there won't be much you can do, it does seem like their fault or their upstream providers fault as you have no loss to your router. Hope it gets solved soon!

oh ok thanks man, i tought i had problems on my end aswell
