SMTP Relay host

Hi, 

 

Basicly i want to setup an smtp relay on a vps on the internet because my isp blocks port 25, i know how to setup a mail server but the relay i do not.

How can i accomplish this?

 

OS doesnt really matter.

 

tried google 2 days already but no luck, they are all just installing smtp server.
