First time making a pc build

Hello, good day I am a teenager in the Philippines, I would like you guys to suggest me some parts for a PC Build. I am currently saving and I don't know what to pick due to many components are there in the world. can anyone recommend and I want to pick RYZEN due to Intel being super expensive.
