Is it usd $

I found a nixeus on amazon for about 75$ cad which would probably be around 50$ usd.  You can choose from 3 kind of switches and in your case it would be the red or brown ones.  If you don't like noise avoid blue switches or any clicky ones.  Honestly I don't know if it's a good keyboard, I just came across it and that's it.

Personally I have a redragon k552 and the switches are loud af ... the click of the switches, the bottoming out, when the key get back up and the most annoying is the ping and reverb of the spring ... but the board is quite good and sturdy and the switches are changeable so you could also do that.

If you don't mind paying a bit more you can look for a keyboard that comes with silent red of silent black switches.  Those switches have dampers inside to silence the down stroke and up stroke.
