So I looked at many tutorials on how to OC ram however my ram seem to max out at 2133 mhz... I have a I7-6700k, With a MSI-B150 PC mate Motherboard. The ram im currently using is Corsair LPX vengence. I prefer for the over clock to be at around 2800mhz+. Also I know that oc can harm life expectancy. But a 700ish mhz overclock do you think it will degrade it by alot?

I'm no RAM OC enthusiast, but i know it depends on the voltage and the kind of die chips. If you're planning on overclocking your ram with the voltage past 1.4V for everday use this'll be probably degrade it by a decent amount unless it's samsung B-die. If you want to really be on the safe side, see how far you can get below 1.4V.
