I use my computer to game and stream but there are some games that I can't stream that well. So I just wanted to know if my rig is being bottlenecked by any of my other specs. i7-6700k, Nvidia RTX 2070 Super, 16GBs Ram 3200MHz, 4TB of Space, No SSD NZXT H510 Case.

Gaming and streaming nowadays would certainly be tough off a quad core with HT. Have you tried streaming from the GPU?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I need?

You could always repurpose old hardware and make a streaming PC. I just made one recently for $200.
