Most of the time I can't  upgrade my PC all together. So I have to do it step by step. Recently I upgrade my cpu & mobo. I am wondering, what should be my next upgrade?

Current specs:

1. Monitor: LG 21.5 inch 75hz.

2. Cpu: Ryzen 3600x.

3. Mobo: B450m s2h

4. 16gb ram

5. Gpu: 1060 3gb. (Blower style)

6. SSD: 256gb sata

7. HDD: 2tb

8. PSU: 450watt bronze (antec)

9. Case: old case with little airflow.

Now I am confused with the upgrade options. I really want to go with a 144hz ips monitor. I am considering a budget option like Asus vg249q or the aoc one. On the other hand, my case is not good. Only one intake and no exost fan. Considering mx330. Gpu is also only have 3gb vmemory.

So what should be my next upgrade?

Thanks

A better CPU cooler because it's the cheapest upgrade. It would allow you some peace (the stock coolers are loud and Zen 2 heats a lot!) and better looks.

A PSU because you'd want a stronger graphics card and you'd want nicer cables.

A Case because you'd want better cooling, better cable management and better looks.

A GPU because you'd need higher performance if you're gaming.

A Monitor because 1080p on 21" hurts the eyes unless you have perfect eyesight. You'd probably need a 27" 1440 or, even better, a 32" 1440p.

I would first upgrade the PSU and the case

My current psu is antec 450watt neo eco 2 with 80 plus bronze rating. Comes with 5 yrs warranty. Should I consider psu upgrade now?

I saw even for 2060 equipped system,

450watt is enough.

I am getting around 64c to 69c while gaming. Should I consider cpu cooler right now ( if cryorig h7)?

I did not understand you. Do you have that Cryorig H7 or not? If you do, the temps are a bit high, and if you don't - there are other coolers that perform better for the money but the Cryorig h7 would do.

Limit your budget to $20 up to $50 and don't even look above that for a cooler, it's not worth spending more for cooling a $150-$200 CPU.

Even a Snowman cooler from AliExpress ($18-$25) is plenty. That's the Cooler Master hyper 212 performance range.

The latest Scythe Mugen (5) would be a top choice.

Would say something about Asus VG249q? I am really looking forward to upgrade to 144hz IPS panel. What's the review of it?

I would recommend watching videos from LinusTech and HardwareUnboxed, especially HardwareUnboxed since Tim does great monitor review videos and recommendation videos.

At this date, I recommend people upgrade to 1440p and at least 27" or better 32".

Having experience with multiple panels, panel types, sizes and refreshes, even for competitive gaming a larger screen offers better visibility which to some people gets better results than faster response rates like 144Hz. 32" 1440p 75Hz might be slower than 24" 1080p 144Hz, but you'll spot enemies faster and aim better at them.

27" 1440p has small pixels, nearly like on a 21" 1080p, while 32" 1440p has about the same pixel size as 24" 1080p.

If you're on 1080p, wait for upgrading to 1440p, better than spending now on 1080p 144hz and regetting in a few years - since the monitor isn't something one changes that often.
