Did you power on and off your monitor? Try reconnecting the display cable too.

I have an asus rog strix b450-f motherboard

ryzen 5 3600 cpu

asus rtx 2070super gpu

corsair vengeance ram

Cx750 power supplies

i had hooked everything up on a bench and nothing appeared on screen and the onboard led lights would switch between eachother then sit on boot (yellow green) and the fans will switch on and off between the cpu and gpu a couple times the the cpu fan will stay on, what can i do to fix
my buddy said i just have to wait an obscured amount of time for it to boot but idk
