For the past few weeks, my computer has been randomly freezing every few minutes.  All programs including the operating system freeze but my mouse is still mobile.  I have re-installed all drivers and regularly do windows updates.  I am thinking about re-installing the OS, which is Windows 7 Home Premium, but I am not entirely sure I have to.  I also regularly scan my pc with CCleaner, Advanced Systemcare Ultimate 7, and Webroot.  Although you may think these programs would be fighting against eachother, only Webroot does automatic detections and scans.  The other programs only detect stuff when i scan with them.  I have these programs on another computer I own but there are no problems on that one so that is not the problem.  Also, the temperatures of the components are around the correct area and all components act correctly in stress tests.  Could anyone please help me?  I am out of ideas on ways to fix this problem.
