Server newbie needs help

Hi, Im thinking of buying this server:

https://www.asus.com/pt/Commercial-Servers-Workstations/RS700X7PS4/specifications/

I found one for sale at 270€ and my intent is to add a graphics card and game on it but not sure if its possible to add a gtx 1650 or a RTX 2060/2070 into a 1U form factor

Seller has in description  x2 (Socket 2011) Intel Xeon at 2.6GHz and 48GB RAM and 1TB of HDD and a Raid Adaptec card. I asked for more details on the cpus and will edit/add later

My questions are if its possible to add a graphics card and some USB 3.1 cards and maybe wifi card.

and can you game on it?

Could most likely slap a 1050ti or something that can run threw just PCI-E power, doubt you will get a 2060/2070 in there.
