Something wrong with my Display Adapter..

Go to solution Solved by Mister Woof,

iirc, 760G is the motherboard chipset, and the 3000 series is the graphics chip on the board, so that seems correct.

Hello,
So I consider myself to be very tech-illerate in the world of graphics cards / drivers and really computer components. Now, this is going to seem a bit odd, but I can explain. In Device Manager, my Display Adapter changed after a Windows Update. It used to be an AMD 760G but has now become 'ATI Radeon 3000'. I have no clue why this happened, as before I did the Windows Update, I was trying to update my 760G drivers and was reminded to update Windows to the max. I am running Windows 7 64-bit, if any other info is required let me know. Also if I'm doing something wrong with this post, then my only excuse is that this is my first post on this forum. Thanks!

Thank you!
