Minecraft RTX black sky

Hi,

 

I'm no big minecraft fan or anything, but being the owner of an RTX 2080 I had to see Minecraft in all its RTX glory. Problem is in my game the sky is black. How do I fix this?? Does anyone else have this issue?

 

And no changing the day cycle has no affect at all.
