Is my monitor running at 144hz?

chi_chi_

I have a 144hz monitor that I got around black friday, it's 144hz but I wanna know if it is running at 144 or just 60, because in windows settings it tells me its 144 but I got some pop up from amd radeon software telling me thisspacer.pngspacer.pngspacer.pngspacer.pngspacer.pngspacer.pngspacer.pngspacer.pngspacer.pngspacer.pngspacer.pngspacer.pngspacer.png:

"the system has detected a link failure and cannot set the requested resolution and refresh rate. Your display might not support the requested resolution or there may be an issue with the cable connecting the display to your computer." Does this mean I might be running 720p 60hz or something? I'm using a displayport cable so I don't know. It seems pretty smooth....

You should be able to go into your monitors settings in windows 10.  Display settings>advanced display settings.  It should show your resolution and speed there.
