Okie so I have been wanting to upgrade my CPU for a long while some new games tell me that i have an unsupported CPU (its that old)

last year i purchased a budget graphics card which is a MSI Radeon RX 570 graphics card, ive been told it was a decent budget card and that my CPU is bottle necking the graphics card

Ive done some looking around and think i want a i3 core 8100 CPU. Im trying to keep it budget and all. Any other suggestions?

I also cant seem to find a motherboard that supports my graphics card and that CPU that I want. I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

If budget is an objective, I would consider perhaps looking into the AMD Ryzen CPU lineup. The Ryzen 5 1600 AF seems to be a popular chip among budget builders for only $85 new. However, any H310 motherboard like this Asus PRIME H310M-E R2.0 or better should work fine with an i3-8100 and an RX 570.

do you know of any mother boards that would work with that Ryzen one because that one Interests me more. or would it be the same mother board you recommended.

Sure. The AMD motherboard you're looking for is going to be of the B450 chipset variety, but you can probably find an A320 chipset board that can be compatible with the Ryzen 5 1600 AF with a BIOS update. If you don't know what a BIOS update is or how to do it, it is probably a safer choice to get a B450 motherboard.

The cheapest motherboard I can find in the US in either category are the ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0 and Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H. These are motherboards compatible with AMD Ryzen CPUs. Any motherboard with at least one full-sized expansion slot will work with any graphics card. If there are any particular features you want on a motherboard, I could probably make a different recommendation, or you can choose your own compatible motherboard on PCPartPicker.

I would like to mention now, you will need to buy DDR4 memory for either Intel or AMD. I've had good experience with G.Skill Aegis memory, which are of the budget variety, but they come in a wide range of configurations, capacities, and speed. I would also mention AMD CPUs perform better with faster memory, but it should not be a priority in a budget build. Any DDR4 kit of RAM will suffice.
