Logitech G610 Issues

So i got my Logitech G610 in the mail today and my h key just keeps activating and continues to type it, i can sometimes stop it by pressing te key again but also sometimes when i mean to type it it doesnt activate. i just have it on game mode and make it disable the key so it doesnt randomly go off. also i do have the Logitech software. thanks for any help you can give

Is it used or brand new?

 

 

Either way, contact the seller. That switch is faulty. Fairly easy to replace but if it's brand new, just return it.

really happens whenever havent tried any games yet but like typing in anything it happens. im only really able to type because i had the software disable the key in game mode and i just have h copied, probably gonna get on the phone with logitech and probably return it

 

edit: logitech call centers are closed so guess its back to amazon with it
