Dead RX580?

I have recently bought an RX 580 and when I tested it in 3d mark time spy my whole PC crashed halfway through and now it won't boot with the RX 580 inside and all I get is a quick flash of a red light as seen in the attached video. The PC works just fine with any other card. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
