Can I just have my RAM at 3200MHz without overclocking the CPU and changing the volt peak?

yes with the xmp or docp

Specs:

Mobo: Steel Legend b450

CPU: R7 2700x

GPU: Radeon r9 390

RAM: 2x8GB Adata XPG SPECTRIX D41 DDR4 3200MHz

Hello.

My problem is about the clock speed of my RAM. I kinda know how to build computers but for some reason I have never done overclocking and I built this PC recently.

Right now my RAM is clocked to 2666MHz where they are supposed to be 3200MHz and I have read that my CPU can handle 3200MHz and my Mobo supports that frequency.

What exactly do I have to do in the Bios so I make it to 3200MHz?

Like the voltage and stuff like that what I need to touch and what not?

put "XMP" or "D.O.C.P" on.

use ryzen master to put your cpu peak voltage to around 1.35V adn then lock your cpu to about 4.0-4.15 ghz.

use msi afterburnmer to overclock your gpu

Can I just have my RAM at 3200MHz without overclocking the CPU and changing the volt peak? This CPU is barely used to 70% even when I try to.. I really don't need more performance out of it. But 2666MHz bothers me.. And the GPU is unstable and I don't want to touch it. (second hand the guy haven't cleaned it and apparantly it had been used in a closed case with almost no cooling cus that thing smelled really bad.) Thank you for the help!
