Coil Whining

Hi guys,

i just replaced my motherboard yesterday from msi x470 gaming plus to Asus ROG crosshair VIII Hero,

every single part was same and working fine without any whining on x470 but since i replaced it, Im constantly having that high pitch sound which i'd say coil whine? 

Is it harmful for the hardware in any sort?

my Specs, 

Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Hero X570 Chipset,

Ryzen 9 3900x,

64 GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB,

EVGA RTX 2080 Super FTW3 Hybrid,

EVGA GQ 1000w Gold,

Corsair H115i Platinum,

Samsung Evo 970plus,

Samsung T5,

WD M.2 SSD,

WD Blue SSD,

WD Black, 

WD Green,

Thermaltake c34 Commander,

 

Everything was same and was running fine on x470 though,

Yeah as long its harmless, ill be okay, al;though that high frequency sound and sometimes ticking is way too annoying even after turning off Eco mode for the PSU,

This motherboard is wonder but annoying,
