Hello cant find a very good explanation of how to do so ive heard i have to bridge some pins on my 24 pin which ones exactly and is it okay to have my other components plugged in while doing so?

 

 

 

 

heres a pick of my build so far just waiting on tubing and fittings!

im guessing what you want to do is run the loop without powering on the system.  I recommend getting a psu jumper and using that.  I know that you can use a paperclip to jump the 24 pin but i do not remember which two cables you need to jump

You should unplug everything from one side or the other for safety, some LED strips can burn out if they receive multiple on/off in a short space of time. You need to bridge the "green pin" with any "black pin" as per this diagram.

 

Obviously, having the loop assembled, and the system filled with coolant as much as possible (in your case, putting the case on the front panel side down on the table, so that the pump is upright) are pre-requisites.
