Assistance required

Greetings all, not sure what forum this falls under...

But I've created a Windows 10 Pro bootable USB using Rufus and when I try to boot into it, I get a "EFI PART - Please remove this media and press any key to reboot" message.

My PC was previously attacked by ransomware and I'm doing everything I can to try and boot it up again, I can't really go to a store due to the COVID-19 lockdown so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Alright... I tried it out and I still get the message. I have no idea what else to do.

I even tried using the official Windows 7 Bootable USB tool and flashing Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and I get the error.
