There is really no upgrade path there.  Save up and switch to a Ryzen system.   1600AF on a B450 board would serve you well.  But you will need new Ram as well.

You'll probably have to upgrade both CPU and mobo.

A Ryzen 1600 AF and an MSI B450 Tomahawk Max would not bottleneck that card and would cost less than $200 USD

 

Edit: Damn, I forgot about RAM.
