You won't known unless you try it, or someone has tried that specific CPU in that specific motherboard model (Very, Very unlikely someone has)

Looks to be a standard mATX

 

Watch the front I/O though. OEM boards are usually poorly labelled.

That spec sheet shows i3 2100 through i7 2600 as being supported. So theoretically a sandy bridge xeon, which that is, would work. But... if the mobo's BIOS doesn't support it, it may not actually POST. I would bet it will though.

i may get a chepo processor for that particular mobo to update the bios and get the xeon working

There might not BE a BIOS that supports the XEON is the issue. If its going to work, it likely will with the BIOS it comes with. If it doesn't work, it likely won't with any BIOS unless one of the updates along the way specifically calls out XEON support added.
