simple question (I hope)

 

Is  

16GB kit (8GBx2), Ballistix Smart Tracer 240-pin DIMM (with LEDs), DDR3 PC3-12800 memory module

compatiable with

16GB kit (8GBx2), Ballistix 240-pin DIMM, DDR3 PC3-12800 memory module ?

 

Before you say that's way more than I would need; I already know this.  But I want the tracer LED lights in my rig (total vanity call, I know)

I actually found my answer through the compatibilty program offered at the crucial website........ Thanks to anyone that was already checking it out for me.
