YouTube Buffering!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just built a new PC and went on Youtube. For every video, it keeps on loading/buffering after 2 seconds when the video starts. Other times it doesn't do that. WHAT IS HAPPENING????????????????????

Internet speeds are around 500 Mbps download and 33.6 Mbps upload. My browser is Chrome. This is a new PC that I built. I sold my last one and this never happened.

Any extensions what's the quality you are watching try another browser like Mozilla

I am watching at 1080p, and even at 480 it still does that. I don't know what you mean by extensions.

That does not fix the problem try each one of them with only 1 turned on aka the one you try the one that is bad disable it

I just deleted them because I wasn't using them. That seemed to do the job.
