I just upgraded may power supply unit reseated my ram and it booted but my monitor is fluctuating and flickering and constant black screen. Replaced my hdmi with an hdmi to vga cable and it worked but when i tried to try my hdmi cable again theres nothing on the screen only black tried all troubleshooting tips from trying different hdmi cables to removing cmos battery but until now there's only black screen

with fans spinning led lights on, mouse and keyboard lights up but only black screen.

i think this is a problem of the motherboard but hopefully not and only the cables

Check your HDMI port whether it's fried or something...
