need help finding a game??!?!?

so this game is 2d space shooter asteroid style not 1943 style
and you have this spaceship and you have to gather the energy for your weapon from the environment. literally. 
there are particles all scattered and when you gather enough you can shoot and the force of your shot depends on how much particles you've gathered.

anyone???
