New Computer Crashing.

This is my first post and im sorry if this is in the wrong place.

 

I just built an all new off the shelf computer for my old roommate.

he is reporting to me that the computer will some times(often when loading into a game of league of legends) crash, the AIO fan will rev up to max. screen goes black and shuts down. i do not remember the exact specs. im emailing him to tell me. but what i remember.

 

core I7

2080 super.

an off the shelf AIO

850w corsair powersuply 

 

all parts were gotten new. and all software is up to date 

and all parts are less the 4 months old.

if any other info is needed please let me know.

Why do you need to email your roommate. Doesnt he live in the same place? (Just curious)

 

Clear the cmos on the board.

Is that water cooling . If yes it's possible that pump is not working properly, as you load a game the temp will go up but, you CPU can not be cooled.  

 

Air cooling will have the same effect if the paste is bad or  if there is a bad contact with the CPU
