PSU testing (CX750 green)

phil7990

Hi,

So, I was actually planning to buy a new psu but I was wondering if I need to here. My psu is 7 years old now. The only problem is cablemanagement. This isn't a cablefriendly psu.

I runned Forza Horizon 4 for half an hour as test. Graphics aren't maxed but if this is a bad indicator then I shall test once more.
So my question is, can you see if everything works perfectly, has enough power and if my psu works fine?

Specs are here and everything is tested in a gt-a white tower on a 144hz screen

So nobody can see? I see that the fan still works and everything has power so. But don't know if its enough and if the psu works correctly.

Hello, unfortunately it's impossible to test a PSU with a computer program.

To verify it's working correctly, you need a digital voltage multimeter and an oscilloscope.

I see ok thnx. I asked this because 1 time my pc started up over and over again without display, keyboard and mouse. Could it be that the connectors might be getting old? Its not a modulair one even.
