Hey guys, so basically with the whole quarantine I've been wanting to upgrade my GPU because I am using it a lot more right now. I want to spend no more than $400 and want to stick with nvidia. So the question is if yall think that there will be a better deal for 2060 supers or other cards with the new releases in August or if it would be better just to get it now. Also, would a 650 Watt psu handle a 2060 super and r7 1700 with 16 gb or ram, an add, harddrive, and rgb?

Thanks for your help
