Regarding lag in game

I own a asus tuf-505du with

Ryzen 7

Nvidia 1660ti

I play fortnite mostly in which I face lag. The game will be smooth for about 15 min then the performance starts to reduce. 

I have updated my drives, reinstall the game and even lowered my in game settings. But nothing seems to help 

 

Can anyone help me regarding this problem
