i have a problem with my pc

overclock does not seem to work

my setup

 

case  phanteks enthoo pro

motherboard msi godlike x99

processor intel i7  6800k

graphics card aorus 1080 ti extreme waterforce

cpu cooler  corsair hydro h100i v2

ram 64gb 4x16gb  gskill trident z rgb  3600mhz c17 19 19 39

hdd  seahawk survailence 10tb

m.2 samsung 950 pro 512gb  on a asus hyper m.2 pcie adapter

psu   corsair hx850i

in front of the case i have replaced the fan with an 200mm noctua fan aswel as the cpu cooler fans 

 

as i said before overclock does only seem to work with msi  oc mode

i tried to overclock within bios  that worked before but not higher than 3200mhz

and overclocking the cpu with intel extreme  does not work  

instand crash / bootloop every time i try to overclock my pc

 

so guys can you please help me how to overclock the ram  and cpu

 

i gonna change my cpu from 6800k to 6950x

 

i hope that somebody can help me

yeah no OC for Broadwell-E CPUs because Intel tried to fix an exploit

well that sucks  

 

i can overclock  to max 4.0  but thats it and it aint gonna go without crash

last time i tried it again and i got an instand never ending bootloop it costed me 2 full stressful days to fix that problem and also was my screen go to black sometimes  10 or 20 times in one minut  always few or one second 

i changed my old psu from an 8 or older year old nvga supernova 1000wat 

to an hx850i wich solved the blackscreen problem but i also wanted to overclock without problems its frustrating that it wont work
