Hey guys i've got a problem with my GPU and that is that when i'm playing games core clocks of the GPU hit 1200Mhz and the game crashes. I've tried underclocking and i've acutally put all the sliders in MSI afterburner to minimum and it still hits those 1200Mhz and crashes and i have no reasonable explenation for that... Why does it get to 1200mhz when i've clocked it to 600mhz....

 specs:

rx 460 2gb Asus dual OC

amd athlon x4 750K + cooler master air cooler

CX 430

MSI a88e35

EDIT: That radeon software crashes even when im not playing games.... It just randomly crashes
